Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TOPSI Tea. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage & Rates

We deliver our Assam CTC Tea Dust across India. Our shipping rates depend on the order value and regional distance:

• Thane & Mumbai Region: Free Delivery on a minimum order of 2 packs. For orders below 2 packs, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
• Rest of Maharashtra & India: Free Shipping on a minimum order of 2 packs. Otherwise, a standard flat-rate shipping of ₹49 applies.

2. Processing and Transit Times

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Thane, Maharashtra. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery: Local deliveries (Thane/Mumbai) take 1-3 business days. Deliveries to other major cities across India take 4-7 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post), you will receive a SMS and Email notification containing the tracking number and a tracking link to follow your parcel's journey.

4. Delivery Address Changes
