How to Prepare (Perfect Topsi Kadak Chai)
- Boil Water: Bring 200 ml of fresh drinking water to a boil. *(Optional: Add freshly grated ginger while boiling to enhance flavor).*
- Add Tea Dust: Add ½ teaspoon of TOPSI Tea Dust.
(For 1 Litre of a 50:50 water-to-milk ratio, add 3-4 teaspoons of TOPSI Tea Dust to make it super strong). - Simmer & Boil: After brewing the tea for 2 minutes, add milk and sugar to taste, then boil for another 3 minutes to make a strong, colourful and aromatic kadak chai.
- Strain & Serve: Strain and serve hot.
